My vehicle is unregistered, do I still need to provide a Roadworthy Certificate / Safety Certificate?

No. If the vehicle is unregistered you are not required by law to have a Roadworthy Certificate / Safety Certificate prior to sale or transfer, according to the Queensland pre-registration process.

This applies to all vehicle types.
